静话论

一杯咖啡。一段故事。一人的绝症。

Paris, Je T'aime

We had a late night movie.

Cineleisure on a Friday midnight doesn't seem that they have much of a choice. Decided to forgo 300 and the others seemed too lame to waste our cash on. Overall, it's still not a bad one, just that we both just felt like snoozing at that hour. It would all be better if we had watched it at a different hour.

Paris, Je T'aime
A collection of 18 five-minute short clips, written and directed by different individuals. With the only criteria that it's to be set in Paris.
The common theme that all directors dealt with was LOVE, which came from the reputation of Paris as the City of Love.

There was this story which weaved in Oscar Wilde and his grave.
A DEAD heart is the UGLIEST thing.

It just knocked me right through when the ghost said it.
oh well, it's just a line.

Thought the theme was a bit too cliched but i guess it will kinda catch attention from many pple though. It was a risk to play with such a theme on such a scale. More or less, Homo sapiens view LOVE in similar ways. BUT everyone still has a different story to tell.

Trailer here:

LOVE, simple yet complex.
Something which is beyond explanations.
Only our own rendition.
