Somewhere over the Rainbow

The day started not good.
Didn't feel like getting out of bed.
Didn't feel that it was gonna be a good sunday.
Talk about raising teenager pains, and i believed i was one sore teenager pain to my parents today.

It was raining during the trip down ECP. Was contemplating to exit expressway and go back home, but decided to head towards the destination no matter how heavy the rain is going to be.

Upon reaching ECP, there was just a slight drizzle. Think the storm just passed, and i thought it was just god's will for stopping the rain. Probably he knew that i needed some peace and not more misfortunes with him pouring water at me.

Walked for 10 minutes before i started the slow jog. The air was so fresh even though it's already past noon. Probably i needed to get out to somewhere out of my own vicinity, away from everything... The sun by then, was slowly revealing itself.

The jog seemed endless.
Slowed to rest and from then i decided to walk as it was still early.
I walked. and walked. and walked.
On the way i saw men, women, children, babies, dogs and even cats.
Joggers, Cyclists, Rollerbladers, swimmers, partying-pple, bbq food and even super soakers.
Everyone again, had a purpose.
What was mine?

Work did not seem fine lately, but i believed it will turn better soon. But family was one strange big problem. Thought that it was just turning strange with links to my work emotions brought home, but then i felt otherwise lately. Guess i should make myself scarce more often from now onwards, as probably i am not needed. Just someone who rents the room perhaps? Things are more excited with the big event coming up in september but don't we all have our lives to tend to? Was just not comfortable with the idea that everything i suggested to do was considered as extra/waste-money/waste petrol/waste energy. and everything else that was not suggested by me will alwiz turn out to be a great outing. Oh well. it's not rivalry, we are too old for that.

I thought i'd be happier leaving alone.
Well, not so.
